Online music community website last.fm will charge users in some countries €3.00 a month listen to its radio because ads aren't selling.
Users in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany will not be affected by the last.fm radio charge.
"Everything else on Last.fm (scrobbling, recommendations, charts, biographies, events, videos etc.) will remain free in all countries, like it is now," last.fm staff member Richard Jones wrote.
